We get about 10-20 new tributes per week.  To make sure yours is transferred to the site accurately and respectfully, it will take up a week to complete.

We will link to a website created to honour your loved one if you provide the url.  If you wish to post a photo of the person you are honouring, use "Add a photo" box below. Once posted, photos cannot be changed so be sure to choose carefully for appropriateness and quality.

We require your name, email address and telephone number if we need to verify authenticity. To have your e-mail address published, please add it at the end of your submission. Thank you.
